We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our London based team as we enter into an exciting era of growth.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the planning, management, and execution of all UK marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Develop and implement local marketing plans in alignment with global brand and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate regularly with the global marketing team, including Marketing Managers and the Head of Marketing, to ensure alignment on brand direction, campaign strategy, and business priorities.
- Produce and adapt marketing assets for the UK market, including design, copywriting, and hands-on content creation.
- Coordinate freelancers and external suppliers to deliver high-quality, localised content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Oversee UK social channels, adapting and localising the AU strategy to ensure global consistency while tailoring content to the UK market.
- Organise and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and local events to build brand engagement.
- Drive showroom footfall and customer engagement through targeted marketing activities.
- Track and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Lead local CSR and community initiatives in line with brand values and sustainability goals.
- This role offers room to grow with the business, with the potential to eventually lead our UK-based satellite marketing team. Initially, the focus will be on project-based work.
- You’ll have one early-start WFH day each week to stay connected with our Australian HQ team.
About you:
- Strong experience in a similar role within a marketing team or agency environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related creative field.
- Strong project management and senior stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong ability to balance marketing vision with commercial objectives.
