NPD Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for an NPD Manager for an industry-leading chilled food manufacturer based in Wales. This highly successful business supplies a range of products to both retail and foodservice customers from its state-of-the-art production facility.

The NPD Manager will be responsible for driving the NPD strategy for the business, working closely with major retailers. You will manage multiple NPD projects from initial concept through to factory scale-up and launch. The NPD Manager will play a key role in shaping the future growth of a business that has invested heavily in the site in recent years.

The successful NPD Manager will possess the following skills and experiences:

• Educated to degree level in Food Science or a related discipline
• Strong NPD background in the food industry with exceptional project management skills
• Experience in developing innovative food products from concept to launch
• Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness.- 
• A driver's license and the ability to travel within the UK to key customers
