The Role:
This position plays a leading role within the On-Trade Channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts across some of the On-Trade’s most dynamic and challenging accounts. They will define and execute a strategic contact plan to effectively manage these relationships.
The candidate will need to develop compelling commercial proposals, navigate the current cost-pressured environment, and negotiate effectively to deliver outstanding results. Extensive commercial experience and the ability to model and interpret complex P&Ls are essential, enabling informed business decision-making.
Additionally, the candidate must uphold high standards and discipline in executing internal routines and reviews. Acting as a BBG ambassador, they will demonstrate leadership qualities and contribute to driving our culture within this key strategic segment of the Managed channel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver commercial metrics for their ledger, including volume, net revenue, MACO, CORES, and EBITDA
Negotiate effectively using GAP techniques to secure the best outcomes for both BBG and the customer
Lead and develop three Key Account Managers to drive results across the ledger
Maintain strong alignment and routines with the BBG Drinks Dispense Team to manage the ledger effectively
Build robust customer relationships through collaborative working sessions and CRM engagements
Leverage cross-functional support from virtual teams, including Category Management, Trade Marketing, Tech Sales, Sales Operations, and Drinks Dispense
Define a One-Year Plan (1YP) strategy for the ledger, setting both short- and long-term objectives
Execute key business routines including CPT, investment recommendations, forecasting, risk and opportunity assessments, and business reviews
Manage investments across the ledger to drive savings and maximize ROI
