The RoleLead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid acquisition channels including Paid Social, Search, Display, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
Own channel performance and hit key KPIs including CPA (Cost per Acquisition), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CVR (Conversion Rate), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and monthly subscriber targets.
Manage acquisition budgets, ensuring accurate pacing and ROI across all paid channels.
Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency, creative excellence and performance tracking.
Build a strong understanding of customer behaviour, with the ability to leverage research, data, and insights to inform campaign strategy and optimise the user journey.
Develop and test new growth channels, campaign formats, and audience strategies.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Creative Content Manager and wider team to align messaging and ensure a consistent customer experience.
Leverage performance data and analytics tools to inform strategy and reporting.
Build strong working relationships with our agency partners and Nestlé stakeholders to maximise collaboration and innovation.
3+ years’ experience in a performance or digital marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced, subscription-based or D2C business.
Proven success in managing Paid Social, Google Ads/Search, and CRO.
Experience working with agencies and managing cross-functional campaigns.
Experience in sourcing and collaborating with influencers and content creators to develop compelling, brand-aligned campaigns that drive engagement and acquisition.
Highly analytical mindset – confident working with Excel/Google Sheets and analysing campaign data to inform decisions.
Experience using tools like Google Analytics, and ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
A natural problem-solver with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team and stakeholder management.
Nice to have
Experience running campaigns on emerging platforms such as TikTok, and/or managing offline media channels (e.g. TV, print, OOH).
Solid understanding of subscription-based models and/or experience in FMCG/CPG marketing.
Hands-on expertise in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and landing page optimisation to boost on-site performance.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and how organic strategy complements paid performance efforts.
