What to expect

As the Product Business Development Manager,  you will join us on our journey and undertake a key role, responsible for identifying the best and most strategically appropriate new products for the Post Office Insurance business. You will be leading the development process from concept to launch; driving growth to meet our customers’ evolving needs in an exciting and ambitious business.

 

You will be required to proactively participate in the delivery of functional strategy and commercial objectives, always modelling appropriate behaviours and demonstrating a customer first mindset.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be a Business Development Manager with proven experience in developing new products within insurance, from concept to launch. In addition to this, you will:

  • Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborative and influence
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of customer experience management and designing customer-centric strategies.
  • Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market insights, as well as customer feedback and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Be familiar with FCA regulations and compliance requirements in the UK.
