We are currently at an exciting stage in our growth strategy meaning any successful applicants couldn’t be joining at a better time. We are looking for a number of experienced Sales Executive to join our team at our HQ in Warrington. This is a full -time, office based role.

About the role:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • As a Sales Executive your objective is to achieve a combination of KPI and revenue -based targets. You will be expected to achieve on a consistent and ongoing basis. Your daily plan will include, prospect identification, validating the correct decision maker, appointment setting and quality control.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Your day -to -day duties as a Sales Executive will include:<\/b>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage your own pipeline of leads and prospect potential clients to qualified appointments
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Building rapport and using effective questioning to identify business needs
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Make contact with leaders/owners/decision -making committees of these companies
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Complete a consultation process where your objective is to understand the company’s need for consultancy support to accelerate their growth through gap analysis
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Set appointments with relevant businesses that have demonstrated a significant need for consultancy support in gaining public sector revenue growth
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Consolidate the appointment 24 hours prior and ensure all admin and documentation has been received by the client ahead of time to ensure the meeting goes smoothly.

  • Working towards individual and team KPI’s such as revenue, margin, and sales conversion

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • Outbound (cold calling) experience
        <\/span><\/li>
      • B2B selling experience
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Consultative sales approach
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience of working in a target -driven sales environment
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Able to correctly profile a prospect through effective questioning
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Proven track record of exceeding sales KPI’s, acquiring new business and building customer relationships
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Work as part of a team
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Consistent high achiever
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Motivated, passionate individual with a desire to deliver an exceptional experience
