The Location

Hybrid.  Based from the office in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.


The Position

As part of our growing Forensic Technology division, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to drive the growth of Lime Forensic Case Management Software. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about new business, thrives on breaking into new markets and is excited to collaborate with product and technical leads to shape our go-to-market strategy across legal, corporate and law enforcement sectors, both in he UK and internationally.


Key Responsibilities



New Business Development

  • Outreach: prospecting and identifying new market opportunities
  • Sales: Identify, qualify, and secure new clients across target sectors, including legal, corporate, and law enforcement. Preparation of client proposals, responding to customer queries and follow up opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and delver user training sessions (remote and on-site) to maximise clients use of the software.  Conduct client product demonstrations
  • Account Management:  Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and drive repeat business and collate client feedback for improved user experience
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to client interactions, training materials, and support processes.


    Collaboration

    • Work closely with Product Owner and Technical team to develop and run sales campaigns, targeting new industry and geographic territories.
    • Work in partnership with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. 
    • Supporting Tenders/Bid writing as required.


    Partner & Reseller Management

    Working closely with international resellers and strategic partners as the primary point of contact:

    • Identifying and onboarding new partnership opportunities, particularly in new industries and territories.
    • Maintaining active engagement with existing partners, ensuring KPI's are being met and proactively supporting them to improve lead generation.
    • Collaborating with the Lima Team on joint webinars, events and sales campaigns to strengthen market presence.
    • Working with the Lima Team to build and continuously refine a repeatable structure for partner-led lead generation, deployment and client onboarding; ensuring the end-client experience remains seamless and consistent.


    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in outreach, prospecting and lead generation.
    • Industry Knowledge:  Familiarity with case management software is a strong advantage. 
    • Consultative Selling:  Ability to understand complex client requirements and deliver value-driven solutions. 
    •  Technical ability and problem-solving skills: ability to learn software and trouble shoot quickly
    • Interpersonal Skills:  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to multitask
    • Self-Motivation:  Highly organized and able to manage time effectively, whether working remotely or onsite. 
    • CRM experience (Hubspot knowledge would be advantageous).
    • Experience in the forensic or law enforcement sector would be desirable.
