We are currently hiring a Senior Account Manager to be based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
Role Purpose
To work with large and complex UK-based organisations, shaping how Epassi products support your customers to achieve their strategic business goals, working alongside multi-layered HR and Reward structures. This role is about strategic partnership, high-level influence, and demonstrating value to multiple stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
·Build strong, consultative relationships with senior HR, Reward, and Benefits leaders.
·Lead structured reviews with clear action plans and executive-level reporting.
·Proactively identify opportunities for cross-sell and long-term growth.
·Ensure seamless onboarding and programme rollout across large, dispersed employee bases.
·Navigate complex internal structures with multiple HR stakeholders and decision-makers.

You’re likely coming from an Enterprise SaaS, HRTech, or employee benefits background. You’ll be confident holding the attention of senior HR leaders, comfortable with boardroom discussions, and experienced at managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
