Senior Internal Communications Manager
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead, manage and develop our channels so we can continue to engage and connect with our people.
You’ll act as a trusted communications partner to senior stakeholders, developing and delivering creative strategies and campaigns that bring ITV’s culture and strategy to life. This is a dynamic and hands-on team that combines strategic thinking with creative execution, from advising senior leaders to producing engaging content, running events, and managing key channels.

Our Internal Communications team plays a pivotal role in driving engagement, collaboration, and understanding across all areas of our business.

Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive internal communications channel and campaign strategy.
Manage the air traffic control for campaigns using the channels
Manage all colleague internal communication channels - end to end
Improve, launch, and manage new intranet functionality
Develop creative and engaging campaigns
Manage internal events from concept to execution.
Manage internal videos - from script writing to production
Content creation and graphic production for internal channels and communications campaigns
Generate engaging employee stories and "people pieces" to highlight colleagues, celebrate successes, and build a sense of connection.
Establish clear metrics and regularly measure channels and campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy.
Partner with our regular stakeholders including People and the Ambassador team, DEI and our employee networks and technology, providing expert counsel on the best way to use our channels to achieve their goals.
Lead and Coordinate our three social committees across London, Leeds and Manchester
