Core Responsibilities
• Support and lead global innovation projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless OTIF delivery.
• Develop social-relevant, culturally informed and highly desirable beauty mixes to premiumise the brand.
• Lead end-to-end innovation development—from early concepts to full product mixes.
• Support and lead global campaign creation with agencies, creators, media partners, and markets.
• Drive Vaseline’s social-first transformation using social insights, platform trends, and creator culture.
• Manage agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class assets (KVs, packs, mock-ups, TVCs, digital and social campaigns, 7OAs, etc.).
• Support the preparation of presentations and meetings for the B&W Leadership team.
ALL ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, with experience in product and communication development.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership and a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex project networks.
• Strong project management and strategic thinking, with cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience with innovation and communication development (briefs, concepts, business cases).
• Global mindset and ability to position brand and innovation across geographies.
• Excellent influencing, presentation, and communication skills.

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London. This site will house some employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars together with colleagues who are currently located in Lever House in Kingston. We are excited to be creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment. The campus is due to be completed in 2026.
