Why we need you:
We are hiring two Account Managers (based in London). One of these roles will specifically support our Spanish/Italian expansion, so proficiency in Spanish or Italian is required for that position.
We are looking for smart, driven and autonomous Account Managers to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans. As part of Modo Energy's revenue team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue expansion.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for ensuring all our customers get the maximum value from their Modo Energy subscriptions, our terminal and that they love interacting with us.
- Work with clients to demonstrate how the Modo Energy terminal can improve performance through data and analytics.
- Handle customer inquiries and turn those into product solutions to drive Modo towards its future as a self-serve terminal.
- Stay up to date on energy market trends and SaaS industry best practices. Share knowledge and insights with clients to position yourself as a trusted advisor and be present where our customers are: conferences, events, etc.
We’d love it if you have
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Are resilient, optimistic, and possess a growth mindset.
- Experience in SaaS practices and with any of the following SaaS tools: Outreach, GONG, Salesforce, Hubspot, Drift, Intercom and Heap.
