Crunch.is is seeking an experienced Account & Delivery Manager to oversee key client accounts, drive technical delivery, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams — fostering long-term partnerships, optimizing delivery processes, and proactively managing risks to achieve seamless execution across all projects.
Client relationship management
Build and maintain strong, strategic client partnerships focused on long-term collaboration and mutual success.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, priorities, and outcomes.
Delivery management and execution
Oversee delivery across all dimensions — budget, scope, timeline, and quality — to ensure consistent project success.
Align delivery strategy with both company objectives and client expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Lead cross-functional coordination to deliver complex technical solutions efficiently and effectively.
Account growth and strategy
Identify and drive business expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and execute account growth plans, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Monitor client satisfaction proactively and implement improvements to maintain strong account performance.
Financial and operational management
Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and timely invoicing.
Review and validate project proposals for scope, risk, and delivery feasibility.
Analyze account-level financial data to maximize revenue potential and control costs.
Address and resolve billing or contractual issues as needed.
Team leadership and risk management
Lead and mentor account delivery teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and talent development.
Maintain a strong focus on technical excellence and continuous product improvement.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project and account-level risks to ensure delivery stability.
Proven experience in developing project proposals, cost estimates, and delivery plans.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years in Account or Delivery Management roles.
In-depth knowledge of software development operations and offshore delivery models.
Solid understanding of IT industry trends, revenue models, and technical delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve both short-term project and long-term account objectives.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Background in Business Analysis (BA) or technical expertise would be a plus.
